One-on-One Training

Private one-on-one training addresses each client's unique needs, creating a tailored plan to directly target their goals. This service includes biometric testing, monthly progress photos, meal plan guidance and suggestions, and regular check-ins to ensure accountability and maintain focus on achieving the desired results.

Small Group Training

Achieve your individualized goals with a semi-personal approach to training. Our small group sessions foster mutual encouragement and accountability, creating a supportive fitness community where progress is made and fun is guaranteed!

 $440 monthly/2 sessions weekly
