Cortisol is a tricky tricky thing!
Its benefits your body by assisting in regulating your metabolism and the way your body responds to stress as well as regulating sleep and stress. 🙂

However, when cortisol levels are high it can cause a negative impact on all those things!! ☣️

It’s important to keep a healthy balance of cortisol to ensure your body is performing at its optimal level! 💪🏽
